My latest project
I will be using Jo Sonja acrylic paints and mediums to paint the oar.
This is a wooden oar which I am going to paint with a design by Laure Paillex from her book Songs of the Sea.
The oar has been thoroughly cleaned and base coated, and the grey background and shading has been applied using retarder. The oar has then been given a coat of clear glaze medium to protect this first part of the painting.
